Our Floor Plans

Lessee must complete a full lease term. Last month rent deposit and $100 key deposit due before taking occupancy. Lessee agrees to sign a concession addendum as part of the Lease. If Lessee fails to complete the lease term and/or pay monthly rent as it is due Lessee will be required to reimburse Lessor for the concession in addition to damages related to early termination or non-payment.
